There are no start-up costs, we only apply our management commission. The only potential investment involves minor work on the apartment (maintenance, furnishing updates, home staging), always agreed upon together.

Yes. There are no restrictions: you can reserve the apartment for personal use whenever you need it.

There are no set requirements, as every home is unique and deserves a personalised assessment. Together with the owner, we analyse the property’s potential and define the best plan to enhance its value based on expectations.

We set a base rate based on the apartment's features and location. Then we adjust the price day by day according to demand, seasonality, events and market trends. The goal is to maximise short-term rental income while maintaining a high occupancy rate.

Short-term rental income can be taxed under the cedolare secca regime at 21% on the first property and 26% from the second one onwards. GoHomes acts as a tax withholding agent for private owners: we withhold and pay the tax directly, simplifying your tax management.

The main platforms we operate on include insurance coverage for damages. Additionally, our owners are protected by liability insurance.

The quality of the listing, photos and pricing, combined with the platform’s verification systems, naturally attract reliable and respectful guests and minimise the risk of unwanted situations.

The contract lasts one year and is automatically renewed. You can cancel it at any time with two months’ notice.

Absolutely. We work to build a relationship based on mutual trust. If something isn’t working, you can terminate the contract with 60 days’ notice.
