A studio flat on two levels with a balcony overlooking the magnificent Dome of Florence cathedral as close as it can be. At the lower level there is a kitchen fully equipped for cooking, then a dining area and tv area with a comfortable sofa. This lower area is enriched by the window-door that opens up to the balcony. The bathroom is also downstairs, spacious and equipped with shower. Upstairs you will find the double bedroom with a window right in front with the view of the splendid red dome characteristic of the city.

The Neighborhood
Via Ricasoli area is a historical street named after a wealthy Florentine family. It is located between Piazza San Marco and Piazza del Duomo. The area is home to the Accademia Gallery where you can admire Michelangelo’s David. The train station is just 10 minutes walking away (about 800 mt). From this location you can easily reach any destination with a nice 10 to 20 minutes stroll.
Get In and Out
The apartment is located in the heart of the historical center and therefore of its limited traffic zone. It is best reached by foot or taxi. The train station is only a 15 minutes walk away (1km) or a brief taxi ride. If arriving by car anyway many garages are just few steps away from the entrance door: Garage Florentia and City Parking Fiesolana being the closest ones.
