The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa-bed, a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. The kitchen is limited in space but served with all the tools you can need, like Nespresso coffee machine (coffee included), american coffee machine, toaster, kettle and oven. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.
Going up a spiral staircase from the living room you’ll accede to a mezzanine with a single bed. In the living room there is a smart tv with Netflix in english or italian.
The apartment can host 2 to 5 people comfortably, using the king-size bed, the mezzanine and the living room double bed.
Each room has AC and high-speed internet connection.
The apartment is situated in Florence’s historical centre, in the San Frediano area, within a 10 minutes walk from the city’s mayor attractions as the Uffizi museum, the Ponte Vecchio, the Boboli Garden.
Only few months ago Lonely Planet had San Frediano numbered among the coolest 10 neighborhoods in the world. Indeed San Frediano is the only area in the historical centre where it is still possible to see the artisan shops next to the newborn fashion boutiques and the many restaurants. This window still open towards an older hand-made Florence is what makes San Frediano an irresistible and fascinating place. Furthermore in the last decade San Frediano won the crown among citizens and tourists for the favorite nightlife – thanks to the many restaurants and bars.
Our apartment is located in a limited traffic zone, being in the historic center of Florence. But don’t worry: if you need to use your car, you can park in an area very close to the apartment (3 minutes walk).
